Proper hydration is crucial in summer. Lack of water and hydration can lead to dry, dull, and even scaly skin. The skin can be saved by taking a shower, bathing, and drinking lots of water.
It is also convenient to use moisturizing creams all over your body after every shower. Pay special attention to the dry areas, like the heels, elbows, and knees. The face is also important, as its skin is more delicate and requires special dermatological treatments.
Daily sun protection
Sunscreen is something that we often make in summer. We only apply it to those who are going to the pool or beach to sunbathe. The sun can indeed take us anywhere, even in our clothing. Sunscreens must be used daily in our skin and facial care routines.
