The applicants for health care must meet the following criteria for MBBS admission to a foreign medical university such as North Sichuan Medical University (NSMU) for Indian students –

1. A student’s age should be at least 17 years at the time of admission to study MBBS in China. The maximum age for a student should not exceed 25 years.
2. They should pass the 12^th standard in Science subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from a famous college in India.
3. For general category students, a total of 50 percent is important in PCB (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology), namely, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
4. On the other hand, a minimum score of 45 percent or 40 percent is required for SC (Scheduled Caste) or ST (Scheduled Tribe) or OBC (Other Backward Class) practitioners.
5. Students must be able to understand the English language and communicate in the English language.
